A Conscious Studio Led By Love
Sádé’s background as a humanitarian expert and strategist has been central to her ten years of driving impactful social change, while Jerel’s decade in visual communications and brand strategy has shaped his approach to creative expression and narrative building in the non-profit & private sectors. Our co-creation in SOLA represents a not only convergence of these paths, but also our shared life and commitment to a higher purpose.
SOLA was co-created at a time when we were feeling increasingly disillusioned by the conventional frameworks of working in the creative and business industries. Our hearts were longing for a way of living and working that honoured not just traditional metrics of success like outcomes, profits, results and productivity, but also the immeasurable aspects of life: connection, creativity, beauty, spirituality, inner peace, joy, depth, play and rest.
In distancing ourselves from the traditional career trajectories, we gained a profound awareness of society’s frequent neglect of these softer, intangible qualities. This realization awakened in us a desire for a more gentle, conscious approach to leadership and business. One that transcends the narrow focus on production and achievement, and instead, integrates heart-centered leadership qualities like humility, vulnerability, transparency, empathy, and, fundamentally, love.
In this journey, we discovered the transformative power of balancing intellect with emotion, and harmonizing masculine and feminine energies. This equilibrium not only shapes our career paths and leadership styles but also profoundly impacts those we interact with and the planet we inhabit. The Studio
SOLA is a boutique creative studio based in Trinidad and Tobago working worldwide to exclusively to empower nonprofits, heart-led leaders and conscious brands to take social action, and catalyze planetary transformation through heart-centered design and story.
We work across leadership, strategy, digital, arts and culture, fostering and executing consciously creative solutions that enable communities of radical love, and amplifying their capacity to operate from a new holistic paradigm of interconnection, unity and interdependence on a local and global scale.
With over fifteen years of collective experience in the humanitarian and transformation design sectors we possess a unique understanding of the communicative approach needed to inform, inspire, and influence.
